The organization is currently seeking a Permanent Part-Time Primary Care Paramedic/EMT to join their team in Maidstone, SK. This position, with a (.71FTE) commitment, requires individuals with a CMA Accredited Pre-Hospital Care Program at the Primary Care Paramedic (PCP/EMT) level, registration or eligibility for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at the PCP/EMT level, a valid Class 4 driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and PCP 2011 NOCP.

In this role, Emergency Medical Technicians will be responsible for providing emergent and non-emergent Basic Life Support (BLS) services to the sick and injured. They will continue to provide BLS medical services until responsibility for patient care can be assumed by hospital authorities or a Paramedic.

The pay band for this position ranges from $29.909 to $36.572. Shifts include 12-hour night shifts (7 days per week) for CEC, and 8-hour shifts with 16 hours of standby assignment (7 days per week) for EMS.

Preference will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
