The Ideal Candidate for Human Resource Jobs Oakville:
NPW seeks a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Holding a recognized HR certification like CHRP (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) is preferred. Three years of experience in a managerial or leadership role is essential, along with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Industry-Specific Knowledge:
For an added edge, candidates with talent acquisition expertise within the Wealth Management and Financial Services sectors will be highly regarded. Familiarity with compliance regulations established by The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) will be considered a significant advantage.
