The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. They will be responsible for the entire shipping process, from receiving and verifying inventory to packaging, shipping, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and ensure clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and securing dental equipment and parts (both new and for repair)
- Maintaining meticulous records of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Packaging and shipping both new and repaired dental components
- Implementing quality control measures by verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Demonstrating a willingness to take on additional duties as assigned
