Indian students in Canada: government ask to re-submit documents

Many Indian students in Canada have been reported to receive notifications by the government of Canada to re-submit the important documents which they have already submitted during their visa process.

Documents including study permits visa educational records such as original certificate consolidated grade cards are being done by the Canadian government in the name of tightening the integrity of IRCC.

Canada has already started to control the influx of international students especially from India by adding more constraints to the study visa requirements as well as by taking off the SDS Visa program.

The new announcements in the kids that Canada is reviewing all the documents of the students who are currently studying in Canada who have received Visa and study permits already.

Some of the students are being asked to show the proof of attendance and details regarding their part time jobs in Canada. Some of the students have reported that the IRCC has emailed them to visit the nearest IRCC office in person to authenticate their credentials.

This has led to a kind of panic between the students. Twins are also worried about such situations creating more disturbances in getting a job after their studies or part time job during their studies.

Immigration experts in Canada are suggesting to comply with the notifications from IRCC and do what they are instructing the students to do. If they are asking to resubmit the documents the student should immediately do that.

Failure in Adhering to the request and notification from IRCC can even lead to the situation where the VISA of the student can get revoked and results in deportation.
