Warehouse Associates Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you play a crucial role in ensuring the careful handling of every part entering or leaving our warehouse. Reporting to the Eastern Warehouse Manager, you will engage in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping parts to customers nationwide. The position offers full-time hours, competitive wages, comprehensive benefit packages, and pension plans.

Responsibilities Include:
Receive and count incoming parts accurately, matching with packing lists or purchase orders. Record received part information into the computer-based inventory management system.
Quickly and correctly pick parts as per purchase orders, identifying locations, and labeling items. Accurately shelf parts in designated warehouse locations. Assemble customer orders, confirm part numbers and quantities, and pack orders to Heritage quality standards.
Ensure all items are correct, and orders reach customers undamaged.
Qualifications for Warehouse Jobs Ottawa Ontario:
A positive attitude and teamwork are essential. Warehouse experience is an asset but not mandatory. Ability to adapt to change and handle quick turnarounds.
Work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Learn and understand our computer-based inventory management system. Continuously stand and walk on a concrete surface; intermittently lift 50 lbs unassisted.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, organization, and multitasking abilities. Maintain an excellent attendance record and punctuality. Demonstrate a team-oriented and customer service approach to work.
