About the job
The primary duty of this part time dishwasher will be to clean the dishes glassware pans trace utensils and pots used in the kitchen. The person should be physically fit to stand longer harbours and do the necessary task in an orderly and sanitary condition.
Job description
The person selected as a part time dishwasher will have to clean and sanitize all the kinds of glasswares and trays used in the kitchen as well as in the dining hall. They will have to use the equipment and machines that are used for cleaning the plates, use the method of chemical dip buffing wheel and hand clothes to dry the utensils.
They will also have to maintain the kitchen area and equipment used clean and hygienic by complying with the safety standards of Canada.
They might also be tasked with cleaning the refrigerators meet blocks food prepping surfaces and other workstation tables. At the end of the work they will have to clear the trash and place the garbage in designated containers and make them ready to be disposed of.
They will also have to assist in loading and unloading of the supplies, produce and related things in the storage area and work area. There can be other duties which will be specifically ascent to them by the team leader or supervisor.
