Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Please note that we may take down allegedly infringing content upon receipt of a proper DMCA takedown notice. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization of the copyright owner, its agent, or the law to use the content, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent.
The counter-notification must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature
- A description of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled
- The location where the content was located before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in [Your Judicial District] and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notification of alleged infringement.
If a counter-notification is filed, we may replace the removed content or restore access to it in 10-14 business days. We may also forward the counter-notification to the party who originally filed the infringement notification.
